will women rise and will men fall in the future?
i was out in my back yard looking at a wasp nest, yeah this makes no sense so far but hear me out… i i know most insects follow a matriarchy(bees, wasp, spiders and ants) i know you can’t compare humans to insects but i was thinking about the future, you think its possible for women to rule the planet and man. i know your gonna say”all women can do is make food and they can’t run a government because it would collapse right away.” that’s BS women have come a LONG way these past 100 years and they are at the point where they have the opportunity run for president or fight in the military. women aren’t these sassy figures anymore. women in todays world are intelligent, resourceful and strong. even as a male i wonder if they can rule one day”everything that has a beginning has an end right” mens rule begins and ends, it makes sense. so in your opinion will there be a period in time where women have complete control over everything, hell they can force males into slavery i don’t care

they will never surpass men…
the only reason women were looked down on in the past was due to ignorance…not because men were actually better…one is not better than the other…

Hmm… that’s an interesting concept. I think that as society becomes more educated authority roles will be filled equally by men and women. Women have made a lot of advancements, but I doubt men will be forced into slavery anytime soon. Hopefully people will just get past the gender bias.

Man and woman are designed to be equals in terms of knowledge.
Women have a naturally weaker figure than a man’s
but Men have a naturally weaker mind than that of a woman’s.
This is not the case ALL of the time. But each sex has it’s own faults and it’s own specialties that the other may or may not have. There are tons of guys I know that can cook and clean just as well as the stereotypical woman. And there are tons of women I know that could kick my butt up and down the street like the stereotypical guy.
They’ve had the opportunity to run for president as long as they’ve had real rights in America. They just haven’t gone for it. There have been women rulers in the past, looking at Cleopatra, and Elizabeth, they were very good rulers to my knowledge.

The bible predicts this. Meek will inherit the earth. Through the majority of history woman were considered weak. As we now see women are now being more openly accepted in what use to be men dominated world. At some point in the future women will control men like we use to control women.

Looking at other species, you can see that there are primarily patriarchal and matriarchal orders. I suppose there are truly egalitarian orders, but they strike me as less likely to exist. Regardless, I don’t see an egalitarian order existing among humans, as there are far more variables involved with humans than, say, Emperor Penguins. But I digress…
Patriarchal orders develop when there is a need to protect and defend against predators, or perhaps more so, when there is a need to be a predator in order to survive. In species like this, the hierarchy centers around an alpha male, who fights for the alpha position and is thus tasked/rewarded with defending/mating with the females in the group. A good example of this would be perhaps the Lion. In a pride of lions, there is one male, many females, and the “lesser” male lions are ostracized from the community and must fend for themselves.
And even for the Alpha Male, there will come a time when he too is overthrown by a younger and stronger challenger to the Alpha position. There’s no “hall of fame for Alpha Males.” They too are driven off and left to fend for themselves. And that’s life in patriarchal animal societies.
Contrast this with more matriarchal species, which exist when its members can evade predators by flying away, and therefore have no need to be defended by an Alpha.
Indeed, many birds rely on a male for DNA and that’s about it. Still other species get better DNA from the higher-status male and dupe another male into participating in the rearing of the chicks. While ignorance can be bliss for birds, sentient beings like humans can understandably be upset when they discover that they’ve been tricked in this way.
And in the human experience, both of these structures have existed or presently exist. Think about men of centuries past, and even today, who have multiple wives. Think of women who have cheated on their husbands and never disclosed to their husbands that the child was from another. Think of the court rulings today that favor this form of cuckoldry.
None of these scenarios seems particularly desirable for males, but each has a certain appeal of some sort for females. I mean, ask yourself , if you HAD to live under one of these orders , would you rather do so as a male or a female, which would you choose? The answer should be obvious – unless you were one kick-@ss kind of Alpha-male.
It is my opinion that thousands of years ago, human men (perhaps runners up in the alpha category, or betas in their own right), being sentient creatures in a harsh, brutal world that necessitated Patriarchy, collectively assembled and mitigated the Alpha Male aspect of patriarchy. While neither the patriarchal or matriarchal construct seemed desirable, the patriarchal construct could at least be modified through a system of beliefs which afforded each male some participation in the order. In order for this to happen, the human tribe or clan would have to be compartmentalized into more autonomous families.
This is important to grasp, because that means that “Monogamy” is a male construct. That means that religion is a male construct. It is no accident that marriage is a religious institution.
Who knows – Perhaps the initial construct that these men created involved women as equals, but then ego and physical superiority got in the way, and men implemented and codified the oppression of women.
Despite the plight of women, you’d have to agree that such a Construct served humanity well for scores of centuries, culminating in the Industrial revolution and the information age. Enlightenment, science, technology – they were driven to spectacular heights. Men had conquered the world, but there was a price to pay. Without a predator to fear, without the need for physical strength, there was no need for an Alpha, let alone a modified alpha structure.
In my estimation, the era of the patriarchy is ending. We are basking in the Indian Summer of masculinity. The question before us is whether human society can reconstruct itself as an egalitarian society, when there doesn’t seem to be a natural need for an egalitarian order to exist. What may serve the human species better in the future is to have a culture of female-centric families or even clans, with “drone” males in support roles, and the most desirable males (the alphas – note the lower case “a”) functioning as studs for breeding purposes. And will human males go for it? If they don’t how will the ruling female class respond? With the knowledge to control reproduction unlike any species heretofore, will women have male fetuses “culled” to achieve the desired results of reduced male population?
Do you consider my words UNTHINKABLE? The question which prompted this answer was “unthinkable” 50 years ago, and now, it’s a question as common as one about the state of the economy – and this question will be asked again and again, eventually with such frequency that it will be the preminent question of its time.
Not that any of this has to be codified into law. This can ALL happen in the marketplace of ideas. Woman have the uncanny ability to stand on principle when their rights are concerned (he fathered the child, he should be responsible for it) and rely on pragmatism when it benefits them (women should be able to give up [abandon] their babies at the Fire Station, no questions asked, because it’s in the “best interests” of the dhild). And this, they do with limited political power. Can you imagine what they;ll be capable of when they achieve majority power?
Perhaps it is true that the US constitution was written by men for men. One has to wonder whether its principles would survive the dramatic power shift underway. And that shift is occurring at a rate that nobody would have imagined.
Get ready men. I’ve seen the future, Brother – IT IS MURDER!

It will be a shared responsibility. It’s understandable that you would think women will enslave men. After all that’s what men did.

Feminists would like to see the world go this way. However women will have to find a way of having a full career without having to take time out for a family – you can’t have it all.
Edit
“Meek will inherit the earth.” If you think women today are meek – especially feminists – then you need to get out more.
