will my sunflower grow?

it got eaten by a slug and so now there is stork and no leaves left, what do i do to make it grow, repel slugs or will it grow? it wasnt that big either please help from non experienced student non gardener!

leave it planted and water & etc. If new groth starts iyt will grow. After a week with no new groth it might be a good idea to plant another.

If the roots are healthy, if the stalk appears healthy there may be new growth…dont give up! You can purchase some slug and snail pellets that are non-poisoness at your garden center. good luck.

Plant a new one…
) The don’t take that long to grow. I don’t believe you’ll be able to save that one if all that’s left is the stalk.
Snail and Slug bait/pellets are extremely toxic to animals and your domestics WILL eat them up if given the opportunity.

It won’t grow. The squirrels bit the top of some of mine off and they have stopped growing. Plant a new seed. I have seed starter pots so I can take them in at night. Good luck!

To repel the slugs, you’re gonna have to whiz on your sunflower. That might make it grow stronger, too.
