WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!??
IT’S A LONG STORY SORRY IN ADVANCE
So, it all started in October of 2007. I wasn’t under any stress, things were fine, I spent the summer out in the sun constantly (maybe a little too much). I started feeling really really tired to the point where I didn’t want to get out of the house much. I was really not feeling depressed or anything like that just exhausted. Went to the Dr. no mono, no thyroid probs, no abnormalities just a UTI which was treated with antibiotics and the same day I also got a flu shot. Two days later bam the nausea sets in. I remember it was mid November and it never went away.
I went to GPs ENTS and a GI the most they found was high cholesterol and a minor hiatal hernia. The GI shrugged it off as stomach acid and gave me an acid reducer and Reglan. The reglan helped a bit but didn’t fully stop it. Then I started to get nervous about throwing up in public because I constantly felt like I would and I feel like this gave me an anxiety problem.
Then I stopped exploring the illness because of a major illness in my family which was very very stressful and resulted in a death. I was really upset and decided it must be depression psych put me on Wellbutrin. Had a reaction to it (bumps on my ears and tiredness) so he took me off. I was on it for a week now I’ve been off it for 5 days.
I’ve been getting these odd tiny pink bumps on my hands and arms, very light almost flesh colored and I have these pin point blood red ones on my stomach. The other day (off wellbutrin) my left eye started twitching out of control I almost went to the ER. Then today I felt totally fine no stress got a sharp pain in my left rib cage like a sharp poking and then BAM the dizziness set in like I was on a boat, my vision was blurry, i felt disoriented , had to hold on to things. I looked in the mirror and my eyes were SUPER dialated like saucers. A half hour later when I felt better they were normal. I’ve been getting dizzy spells occasionally even before the wellbutrin.
BTW about 3 years ago I had a HORRIBLE rash on my legs it was so so itchy and kind of bullseye looking but it was actually dark bruises so the Docs at the ER said it wasn’t lyme and my bloodwork didn’t show lyme. I did live in a place where I know there were fleas and had to exterminate shortly before.
ALSO have white spots on my arms which may be tinea versicolor…?

Many rashes and dizzy spells may be caused by various food allergies (anything from peaches to lobster to alcohol). Do you remember if you ate anything out of the ordinary before these outbreaks?
I don’t know what could cause the sharp pains or nausea, though, but it could be just anxiety related.
I’m really sorry, I hope you feel better soon

If you were under the sun too long and too much, you probably suffered dehydration and heat stroke which accounted for your exhaustion and the heat rash.
You probably are depressed due to the loss of a loved one and started identifying with the symptoms of the deceased. All the tiny pink bumps on your hands and arms and pin-point blood red ones( petechiae) on the stomach are typical drug reaction from the Wellbutrim. along with the nausea and dizziness. I have very bad drug reaction from sulfas. And broke out in purplish rashes.
Other symptoms are blurry vision, vertigo (like on a boat); and disorientation which you experienced even when you were taken off Wellbutrim.
I’m sorry to hear that as Wellbutrim has fewer side effects and quite effective for depression. It’s actually better than Prozac. Aside from nausea, headaches, and occasional dizziness, Wellbutrim doesn’t bother me .Do you know that your pupils dilate in the dark when you look in the mirror? Eye twitches is another form of a drug reaction. I had them one time.
It sounds like you have a long history of drug sensitivity and should be leery of any drugs you take. Also remember, you might also have some allergy to some foods. I’m allergic to nuts and chocolates.
All the other symptoms you have all indicative of an anxiety reaction.
The sharp pain in your rib cage might be due to heartburn or indigestion brought on by anxiety attacks. Reglan would relieve that so would Zantac, Tums, and MOM. So relax and don’t worry!!!.
You are far too young to be saddled with so many aches and pains and health problems. common among the elderly.

do you live in a tropical area? When stationed in Hawaii, I got into a plant that caused this type of reaction. I cant remember the name of the plant, but it had little yellow flowers on it.
