what is the most extreme conditions a roach can live in?

i have somewhat of a roach problem at my home and yes i have called the local pest control but i was wondering what the most temp. for hot and Cold and what type of environment can a common household roach can live in

I think they can survive almost anywhere. But I had a really bad infestation in a run-down apartment complex, and I used Boric Acid (It’s a powder). I was the only one in the entire 24 apts that didn’t have roaches covering my kitchen floor at night.
I think I got the powder at a walmart or something like that. I didn’t have to go anywhere special.
