purchased 2 raptor g2 helicopters r/c controlled suposed to fly out of the box. nither one have worked yeat spent lots of money on them and still no fly time. the advertisementfor the copters are false. the company EXCEED R/C will not respond to my email as well as grandhobbie the company i purchased the copters from. iT’S LIKE THEY DON’T CARE about their customers. I would like to know what can be done to resolve this problem . Do i need to consult legal help to get the problem solved ,go to the better business beauro or what?

You honestly have very little recourse if the company or companies refuse to respond to your letters. And you DO need to write letters, not send email or make phone calls. And yes, contact the Better Business Bureau in the nearest town to which they are located. That does include the online BBB, which is actually pretty powerless, but it’s worth a try.
