I was very athletic with high muscle to fat body, and now i have SEVERLY injured my knee i cant even speed walk…So all of my muscle is turing to fat. and i cant work out, and I am eating right, but its not helping my muscles from turing into slug…whats dietplan, that can help burn this the right way
