Depends on how that decision impacts the lives of Americans, you act as if the government doesn’t have any right to regulate industry and that’s flat out BS. If business were allowed to do as it choose so as to grow it’s profits we’d have filthy drinking water dirtier air, more ground (read crop) pollution etc. , government has the right to protect consumers from industry altough I don’t know if this particualr case amounts to that since the article doesn’t really get into the meat of the matter, how many consumers affected, what the detrimental effect would be etc.
