So about 5 days ago i was spraying of ant poison all over my bathroom and bedroom (was at it for about 30min…with no mask). On the next morning i didn’t feel all that well in the stomach and throughout the day i started to notice this weird loose feeling inside my chest(or more like in between chest and stomach) whenever i bent over or jumped. I Didn’t really think much of it at the time but recently that loose feeling started to feel heavier, also it’s a bit difficult to take deep breaths and even a bit painful when i do so in the left side of my chest (around the heart area mostly). If i do short fast movements it begins to get a bit exhausting to breath for a little.

I don’t want to visit the ER mostly since this doesn’t seem all that terrible, but it’s a bit worrisome and maybe it could get worse. I know i should call poison control at least and i plan to tomorrow, and i was wondering what kind of help poison control provides. Do they give instructions on getting better or just info on your situation?
