Nothing you can do, darling! Call an emergency vet and ask, but I’m sure you will have to wait. He’s been treated, so it’s not like he’ll get worse right now right now. Calm down, and call. Keep him inside with you until you can see his doc. Luck to you.
*weve only stayed at imperial! for round trip, 4 days/3 nights, was less than $400!!

It is very easy for a dog to contract lymes disease, whether they have had it or not. If you just found the bite though, it takes 4-6 months for lymes disease to actually show up in their system. So if you bring him to the vet now they may put him on the antibiotic now or they may tell you that you will have to wait.

If you can take him to the vet while he still has the bulls-eye, they may want to put him on another round of antibiotics. While Lymes Disease might (or might not) take some time to be reflected on blood tests, the immediate symptoms of Lymes do not wait to begin ravishing the dog’s system.
Two of my dogs have Lymes, and a friend of mine contracted it from a tick she picked up on a hike we took with the dogs one Saturday. By Sunday she had all the classic symptoms (bulls-eye, aching joints, nausea), and by Monday, the doctor had her on Doxycycline. Previous to that I did not realize how quickly it can set in. If the vet may recommend another round of antibiotics, do not wait to get them started.
Ultimately, I do not think your dog will be more prone to Lymes, but if he had it before and was treated, he’s still capable of getting it again.
