You have obviously got some sort of eating problem. You just have to think what is more important – being super skinny or having a baby in the future with someone you love – your doctor is obviously concerned about your weight – my friend had aneorexia 10 years ago and she is now unfertile – she would like nothing more than a baby!!!!

well, from your little
and :/ i would say your in your early teens, its just most likey b/c ur growing! i went 2 months w/o mine and i was a virgin then and well still am. but 7months…yea i would say you may have something wrong, try gaining some weight 5lbs wouldnt hurt you, you will lose it in no time. but there might be something major wrong with you and i encourge you to get over your fear and go to the gyo, when i went they ask me if i was a virgin and i am, so they didnt put no thing in side me to open me up, she just put her finger in there that she had some die and that was it. to check for something i a soom. but plz go check it out.

well their is obviously something wrong. see another doctor. if he/she says the same then you will know what to do. if you don’t think that you are underweight but you are being told that you are, maybe you should see a councillor and/or a dietitian.

Yeah, this problem comes after an eating problem. You should go to ginecologist to check your hormon levels.

Being that you are not sexually active, you can rule out several things that could be wrong with you. Your doctor obviously feels that you are seriously underweight. Doctors never recommend to anyone to gain weight. Our bodies are designed with a defense mechanism, that if you are starving too death you will not menstruate and cycle. That way the body doesn’t have to compete with a baby to survive. Five pounds is nothing to gain. I would suggest help with a possible eating disorder if you are more concerned with gaining five pounds rather than your well being.

If that truly is all the doctor said, then your doctor sucks. immediately make an appointment to see a new doctor, at a different clinic/hospital (if they hired the one that gave you that advice, they don’t know how to staff a hospital). Also, if you haven’t already done so, tell your mother and/or father about what is going on. Don’t delay — it could be life-threatening!

believe your doctor. it sounds a bit like youre slightly anorexic, cos if youre doctor told you to put on weight then he must think that you need it because putting on weight isnt healthy. tell you what, put in your information on this chart and if you come out
http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/42028000/gif/_42028890_bmi_gra_416x314.gif&imgrefurl=http://news.bbc.co.uk/nolpda/ifs_news/hi/newsid_5297000/5297790.stm%3F(none)&h=314&w=416&sz=19&hl=en&start=5&tbnid=E3uZ73SUNCXJJM:&tbnh=94&tbnw=125&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dbmi%26gbv%3D2%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den
thats a bmi chart (body mass index) if you come out under the ok section (underweight) put on some, if not, there must be a problem with your periods. i know someone who was put on the pill to jumpstart periods, so see if you can give your hormones a kick start. there are hormones in the pill, either one hormone or 2, get the pill that keeps your periods going, the one with oestrogen and progesterone i think, it should start things up again
hope i helped
