I have a viscosity of 3.85E-7 slugs/ft-s. What is that in slugs/in-s?

No you need to multiply by 12 to convert feet into inches..

You are correct… just divide by 12, so 2.989E-8 slugs/in-s. The only unit you are changing is the length. I had no idea people used the slug/ft-s as a unit of viscosity.

You should use dimensional analysis; since you have 1/ft and you want to get to 1/in, you want to multiply by a fraction that has feet in the numerator and inches in the denominator. Multiplying by (1ft/12inches) is the same as multiplying by 1; so yes you want to divide by 12.
