i have a question about pest how you control these kind of rats?

I just look on youtube Guinness Records-Worlds Worst Mouse Plague?
and you can go on youtube and find out what i want to know is why could they use cats to kill them or snakes what you think cats would be too scared to take on such an army why couldn’t they use animals instead of poison to kill them

In a large group like that, most preditors would avoid them. Ever put 2 mice in a snake cage? While eating the first the snake gets killed by the other mouse. Actually some sort of predator bird would have fun. But even then, if the overpopulation had swelled that far out of control it would be had to get another animal to take care of it.
And honestly, my cats were afraid of my pet rats.
