How to kill a wasp upstairs without getting near it using houshold items.?

I am alergic and can die . There is no door where i can trap it. Im awfully scared .Its on the light. I have tryed Ant/roach raid but it does not work.Plz answer fast
I dont have axe or any other colognes .their in the room with the wasp.and im not going in there.
I dont have hairspray. I have soap and water and cleaning products. Its big and black wasp.

Get a lighter and axe cologne.

smack it with a broom or a fly swatter
or suck it up in the vacuum
that’s what mom does – she’s allergic too – pretty bad, where ever she is stung it swells up so fast – kinda like the elephant man and it makes her try to stop breathing
she just swats them mostly

They seem to be attracted to light so if you could open a window and turn off the light, it may head for the window and leave.

spray it with hairspray it works well they can’t fly and just fall down then stamp on it.

If the wasp is totally black so black that it shines kind of blue in the light, then you have no worries it won’t sting you anyways. Go into the room and open the window, shut off the light, and it will most likely fly right out.
