Spray the walls with gasoline, then throw in a match. Try to do this from outside the basement, or if this is not possible remember to put your fingers in your ears after throwing the match.

you must apply to your whole house not just the cellar because they WILL spread.
Fumigate with a pest control professional.
Call “Orkin”
soapy water……
pest people and get a clean dog and then wash him and they will come out or put gas down but no fire
