How do i get rid of meat ants?

I have a huge meat ants nest, it about 1 meter in length and width. I would use ant poison or other poisons, but its in my horses paddock and i don’t want him inhaling it and getting sick, have you guys got any ideas about how to get rid of them by natural remedies like zucchini skin etc.??

Crush some hot spices small hot peppers and spread them around

Putting a Combat or Pic bait station outside the paddock will draw the ants to it. The ants will take the bait to their nest and you will see less and less ants and then none. The bait is for ants that go for meat and in time it will kill the nest of ants.
I got rid of ants that go for sugar with Terro bait.
