It is a bolt that is on my 1994 Ford F-150 5.0 / 302 anyway the transmission was replaced in the past and the mechanics left a stripped bolt (totally rounded off) were the torque converter connects to the fly wheel. Vice grips wont get in!

If you pull the transmission back, the converter will still be attached. Remove the flywheel, and take it to a machine shop. You won’t have to move the transmission back very far to be able to get to the flywheel bolts, but you will need to drop the driveshaft, and remove the bolts from the crossmember mount. Use a hydraulic floor jack to support the transmission…

It sounds like you are going to have to drill it out. If you can find a socket that you can beat on over the bolt head, you might be able to get it out. Use a long extension, and your socket wrench, to spin out. Also, use WD 40, to loosen the bolt up before you try to remove, but you probably, will have to use a small drill bit, and drill it out. I hate that when you get something fixed, and they break off a bolt, and do not tell you , or fix it.
