Doctors please Help Airplanes!?

I have paper eardrums from having tubes in my ear when i was young. This Thanksgiving I have to fly from Huntsville,Al to Oregon.Will they bust and bleed?Will I be fine?

I had tubes and then got mastoiditas. (an infection in the bone behind the ear) I have flown several times since the surgery and i was fine. my only prob is my disfunctional ustation tube. my left ear won’t pop.

You need to get comfy with the Valsalva Maneuver http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valsalva_maneuver
I have to do this every time I fly (and I fly a lot!).
