Im not a doctor, but the infection looks like necrosis, and very little fluid came out when i was cleaning it. The fluid was clear. Also i have had flu-like symptoms for a couple weeks, but ive been in the sun alot lately. The bite is like a hard lump underneath the skin and is red around it, but not a rash. Thanks if you can be of help

The only way to tell for sure is to get tested for it.

The tests usually don’t work for at least 4-6 weeks, even then they’re problematic.
The rash, although it’s the “telltale sign” of lyme, only appears 30-50% of the time.
If you have recently been bitten by ticks, and have since then had flu like symptoms, then you could very likely have lyme disease.
The first step would be to go to your doctor. See about getting on antibiotics, although if they put you on Doxycycline, which is the best overall, you’ll need to be out of the sun for the entire duration of the treatment. Otherwise you’ll get severe burns.
Also, get yourself a copy of the book “The top 10 lyme disease treatments” at the link below.
Then have a LLMD (lyme literate medical doctor) or other highly trained lyme specialist, in your address book ready to go. You may even get into see one now. That would be smart.
If you have lyme, it’s now a question as to whether the antibiotics will wipe out the infection. This is not certain like the medical literature seems to indicate. First they give an oral abx, and then if you have serious enough problems, they may put you on IV abx, but that’s only in areas where the doctors are up to speed, I think.
I’m an advocate of holisitic lyme treatments, such as rife machines, nutritional supplementation, detoxing, and a myriad of other modalities. I’ve come to the personal conclusion that these are necessary.

Do you know if you got all of the tick out? That’s important.
Many people have different kinds of skin reactions to a bite by an infected tick–not all are the famous “bull’s-eye rash.” (Also, some people get NO skin reaction whatsoever.) So a red lump is not unheard of.
Given history of tick bite followed by flu-like symptoms, I’d say Lyme is a strong possibility. Recommend you read the following websites to become familiar with Lyme and related ills. (Ticks can give you other bad stuff besides Lyme–sometimes more than one at the same time.) Then, I’d suggest getting this checked out by your doctor.
