I recently found a tick on me but I don’t have any bite marks on me. But recently I’ve had a little bit of fever, headache, feeling chilly, body ache and diarrhea. I don’t have insurance so I don’t want to go to the doctors if I don’t have to…

A red ring around the bite would form and it will get bigger if its lyme disease. If a red ring forms, go to the doctors immediately and get treated for it.

You say the tick was “on” you. Was it attached, or just walking around? If attached, you have a greater chance of having the disease.
The symptoms you mention could be Lyme–or something else entirely.
