my cat, who is a male, has been licking his stomach to the point where theres hardly any hair on his stomach and he has been chewing on his nipples. im worried that theres something wrong with him and its driving me crazy. he is an outdoor cat, he has a flea and tick collar on and he is almost 8 years old. can anyone help me with what may be wrong with him?
he doesnt use a litter box, he goes to the bathroom outside. also, i dont think he has fleas, but i will double check
