can my dog hear the electronic pest control?

I got a couple elctronic pest controls, and now my beagle(a really gentle dog) has been very grumpy n mean to the other dogs, it has keaner hearing than the other, is it possible she hears it n they dont?

I can hear the electronic pest control. Its that tic sound over and over,, I hate it..!!

try unplugging them and if she changes back then that is whats wrong if not she could have something else wrong and need to be seen by a vet good luck

it’s possible, but i would think if it were the pest control objects she would be going at where they’re plugged in. most dogs will seek out the noise that’s bothering them.
but yes unplugging them is a great idea if she settles down then you have your answer. otherwise i’d see if something has changed and take her to the vet to make sure she’s not in pain of some kind.

Dogs ears are sensitive to high frequency sounds. Therefore, if your electronic pest control device gives out a high frequency sound, it will eventually be aggresive instantly. This high frequency sound is irritating to the human ears as well. Nevertheless, it affects all kinds of dogs regardless even the most gentle type of all (St. Bernard, golden retrievers, spitz-gentle type)
