anyone know knows that methos of folding a paper pinwheel/windmill using only paper strips?

it’s not the usual type of pinwheel/windmill. it doesnt turn in the wind, instead it “flies” when u blow it or drop it from a height. i really need to know how to make that kind of wingmill/pinwheel.
