Ok so my boyfriend was out playing paintball and got a deer tick in him. We didn’t find it until the next afternoon. We pulled it out (yes all of it) and put rubbing alcohol and tripple anti biotic cream on the bite. There is a deep red ring that has been there since before the tick was out around the bite site.
It’s not a bull’s eye yet,but when is it supposed to start taking the bull’s eye shape? Do you always get a bulls eye or only when the tick has lyme disease? And What kind of Anti-Biotics does the doctor give you? I gave him an anti biotic already but idk if it was the right kind.
I know I know I need to get him to the doctor reguardless so please don’t tell me that.I’m very worried about him. So please,if u have any answers to these question or anything else I can do to treat himtill we get him to the doctor I would very very greatly appriciate it. Thank you.
