<description>Spring for the frontline plus. It controls ticks as well as fleas. Your dog will in all likelyhood pick up a tick. Be sure to check ears and paws. Learn how to remove ticks properly. Your vet can tell you how.

		<description>Try Capstar or Frontline.

Capstar (nitenpyram) is a once a day medication approved for use in the treatment of flea infestations on dogs and puppies, cats and kittens 4 weeks of age or older and at least 2 pounds of body weight.

Training: Beagles are very smart and attentive dogs. They learn very quick. Training them to go potty outside, the easiest way would be to take them out the same door every time it is time to go.They will associate that door with the bathroom. Any other trick like sit, stay, roll over...use training treats available at Petco, be patient, and consistant. Good Luck!

<description>Frontline works great. Its for ticks and fleas. Its water proof and last up to a month. Not very expensive either.

<description>There is no way to make it perfectly safe. But, you should use some type of flea and tick repellent on him. I like the &quot;Advantage&quot; type that you apply once per month. But there are others, including a flea and tick collar. You&#039;ll still have to look him over for ticks after a romp in the field, but this stuff makes it a whole lot better.
