Evil Bots and Stuff

I ordered coffee from the Santa Fe Coffee Company and was charged but never received my order. I have tried repeatedly to contact them via email which is the only “contact us” way they give you. I have never heard from them. Is there any recourse?

They say they are part of Yahoo shopping but I am getting horrible service from them and think I am getting ripped off by a fraudulent company.
