Am I wrong? I don’t have many answers. The laptops are running Windows2000. No programs. No word processor. total blanks as far as I could see. I really don’t want to make people miss a good deal, but I think this is a total ripoff.

I tried Western Union but it is expensive, international bank wire transfers out of USA are complete ripoff. Any other ideas?
