The wifey and I got into an argument. I’m worried about her. Need advice please?

Oh gosh I’m really in rough shape now. My wife and I just finished a heated argument over our credit card bill. We sort of lost control and I ended up slugging her in the face. She has a really bad nose bleed and wont get out of the bathroom.

If this isn’t a troll question and you really did this, then you need to first, give her all the time she needs to take care of herself, calm down and be certain that you are no longer a threat to her safety and well-being.
First, just give her space and don’t needle her. Tell her your sorry and that you’re going to find an anger management course, then leave her alone. Leave the room.
Second, find a counselor. You need help. If this is the first time this has happened, get help before you turn into something worse.

I would like to comment on your choice of “The wifey” as a way to refer to your spouse. I’ve noticed that men who have a harder time with violence seem to see their wives as objects rather than people. The term most people would use would be “my wife”. Just something to think about.
Oh, and no matter what happens, I highly recommend Anger Management classes. I took them myself, voluntarily. You can do that. It’ll help you not have to be in the situation you’re in now.

FOR ONE NO MATTER HOW BAD THE ARGUMENTS ARE WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON HER. YOU ARE NOT HER PARENTS. IF I WAS THERE YOU WOULD BE IN JAIL. Man to man, you need to call 911 to get her some medical attention and you need to get some anger managment assistance. Bottom line: You are look at possible assault and battery charges and you need to get that anger issue of yours in check. The reason why she does not want to come out the bathroom, she is terrified that you may do more to her physically. Man to man, you need to be more concerned about harming your wife and potentially facing charges than a credit card bill!

You should be begging at the door for her forgiveness and looking up a local therapist. You better hope she doesn’t call the cops – and you better prepare for her to leave you.

YOU HIT HER????? Never never is that ok. No matter how angry, you never ever hit someone else.
You better hope she doesn’t call 911 and report you, you can get arrested for spouse abuse and spend time in jail, AND go to anger management class which sounds like a good idea.
If my guy/husband ever, EVER hit me, I’d be out of there so fast! And I would never take it.
