Getting 1 extra home game for being the better team over a 162 game season is a joke. And the 5 game set in the first round has got to stop. I realize the extra playoff games would mean more cold weather games, which is why I propose we go back to the 154 game season. This would allow for an even sooner finish to the World Series. Baseball was not meant to be played in freezing weather, but the 5 game series needs to be extended to 7. MY BRAIN ;) Yes, I’ve been saying this for years now.
