Did Pacquiao lose a P4P vote and PBF gain one?

I last recall Pac having all except 1 first place vote, now it looks like he has all except 2 , with the lecture from Lole. Did Mayweather gain and Pac lose 1 vote without any activity, or was it the same last month? Point being Pac seems to be losing control of the media everyday. Is this another example.
@Helpster, The article says just the opposite as you and pretty sure Pac just lost a first place vote to PFB. If accurate this is signifies a PBF win over mosley could put PBF as #1P4P even if Pac wins over a cherry picked opponent.
@Carytop, with Sports Illustrated calling the “EVENT” an overpriced sparring session, Lole’s comments in this article of “glorified exhibitions” lend hints that Pac’s legacy is on the cusp of a major media crash if he continues the Arum Pac gameplan.
@Dude, Here’s Sports Illustrated’s article about the “attached stench” to Pacquiao over the over priced sparring session with Clottey. BTW that author HAS a P4P vote. FYI, it is not just Mayweather fans that are sickened by the stench attached to Pacquiao.

@Ez, guessing by your rant, Pacqiao definately lost a first place P4P vote. BTW, study Tigers rise and fall before preaching endorsements are forever. Endorsers are lagging indicators while Media are leading indicators in an athletes career. P4P is MAJOR media that Pac just slipped.
@Carlos, Lole’s article clearly warned that cherry picking bottom feeders will drop in their P4P rankings. Pac being #1 P4P at this time and hoping to fight a boxer not on the list and without any votes http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/sports/04/11/10/pacquiao-margarito-bout-shaping instead of a top P4P fighter will ko pac from the #1 spot. Pac stank against Cotto’s spit out left over Clottey.
@Carlos, Floyd does not need to “leapfrog” if Pac “BHops” down the list on his own. Considering Pac wont fight #2 and #3 because of his stance against the testing #2 and #3 require, Pac can fall a couple rungs quickly.

after the clottey debacle, manny certainly needed to lose a point! it finally seems that people are examining his record more carefully. i was never overly impressed with his wins over de la hoya, hatton or cotto, and it’s those victories that have given manny his lofty status. when i said manny would destroy oscar, many “experts” thought i was crazy. i remember one writer even saying the sport should be banned because oscar would maybe even kill manny. i trust the knowledge of some on this board over many so called “experts”. manny beat an over the hill de la hoya who had a liver shot knockout loss on his record, and hatton and cotto had already been exposed by floyd and margarito. this along with all the steroid suspicions and his refusal to take a strict drug test, and his ridiculous dabbling in politics and manny barely cracks the top 5, in my opinion. pac is largely smoke and mirrors, and frankly, if he were a black or hispanic fighter, he would not have these honors. he’s like a filipino gerry cooney…a paper tiger indeed. one of two things will happen to him. he will be exposed by floyd mayweather or another fighter, or the steroid issue will heat up in the coming months and he will retire.

No, he dominated Clottey for a one sided 12 rd desicion. Something no one has ever done against Clottey. Mayweather will have to beat Pacquiao to be 1#PFP, considering Manny’s recent dominant KO performances ie Diaz, Oscar, Hatton, Cotto (We Haven’t seen anything like it since a prime Tyson). The world awaits a superfight between Pacquiao and Mayweather. As Mills Lane would say….Lets get it on!

Well i guess this is just another day of ranting and discrediting from obviously overjealous fans of Mayweather….WELL, it remains to be seen who still is the KING and no. 1 P4P.. The People’s champ as they say…PACMAN is still the man to beat not the self-proclaimed one…
ON MAY 1, hope Mosley still has got his skills and matches Mayweather’s speed. This is actually hoping against hope…

“Pac’s legacy is on the cusp of a major media crash.”
ROFLMAO!!
Not if you have writers from ESPN, CNNSI, Ring Magazine, Eastside Boxing who are still enamored and more than impressed with the accomplishments of the #1 Pound for Pound fighter in the world. Not if you have Dana White, UFC President and boxing’s #1 competitor, praising how big Pacquiao is to the continued rebirth of boxing in the world. Not if you have Nike USA and Nike Asia promoting and mass advertising Pacquiao gear and attire world wide which has garnered millions of dollars in revenue for the athletic shoe giant. Do you honestly think that a conglomerate as big as Nike would even sponsor Pacquiao if they knew he was a shot, one hit wonder? Nike sponsors the best athletes in the world period. Kind of funny watching Flomo Jr. on 24/7 with his “Reebok” shirt on. I haven’t even seen one Reebok commercial on tv, internet, anywhere for that matter mentioning Flomo Jr. LOL!!
If you consider yourself, Carytop and Dewey as the “mass media” that will lead to Pacquiao’s demise, then, LOL…..GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.

does it really matter? ..scratch that…it just matters to u. losing control of the media? 1 point less…and he’s losing control…laughable.
@ carytop…u sound like dennis rodman and isiah thomas criticizing larry bird saying he got all the attention during his nba heyday b/c he ‘was white’. give credit where its due.
but it doesn’t surprise me…envy and jealousy has a tendency to do that to people.
@marizel…the cherry picking and boring fight w/ clottey that u stated, still lost him 1 vote.
do u think a first rd KO of mosley is enough to leapfrog him to the #1 spot in every (of at least the majority) p4p voters eyes?
in reality, may is just going to be inching closer w/ every win (if its an impressive win) but he wont overtake pac unless they fight.
