I auctioned my product in e-bay. One offered to buy it by e-mail. I agreed with it and our deal was done outside e-bay. I posted the item to the e-mail given using that person Fedex account and to his/her address.

After he/she received the product, she failed to pay the promised money.

The only proof I have is the delievery report of Fedex.
