But i think it is still easy, To do being a JAVA programmer myself…
All it takes is if statement and the for best answer matches,
If best answer ,
count from database wrt
If greater than 10( say) report abuse.
else , there are always people to hit the report abuse link … when they feel their answer was better…

I don’t think so, penus the first guy to answer your question has done this on his other name ilikepi and he hasn’t got banned yet. So to be honest I don’t think they do.
