how do I report a scam and find out where it is coming from?

t_smith1145 has been passing counterfiet postal money orders and been asking over the internet for the people to send him money through western union. How can we trace where he is at? We got a money order from him and he keeps asking about us sending him money. We want to track him so we can let the police know where he is

report it, but it’s probally coming from nigera, as so many of these fake postal money order/ casher checks ect come from, good luck hunting them down, they are really good at doing this. the him thanks for the fake m.o, don’t be foolish enough to cash it. turn the m.o to postal inspector and let them deal with it.
