She’s probley unhappy with her life.It has alot to do with how they feel about themselves. Or mabey they are just going through a though time, or they could be in a bad mood that day/week.
The mood swings of women are a bit complex to understand. Maybe she is suffering from PMS (pre Menstrual Syndrome).
Or she wants to say she needs a bit more attention.
Well, if you have the time and interest, I suggest you read the book “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus” by John Gray. It is a very good book and I am sure it answers a lot of such queries men have. Although I am not in a relationship, I have read the book because I like reading, and found it very useful to understand the opposite sex. Why don’t you give it a try? It can explain better than me.
Hope this helps, and all the best with your relationship. Bye!!
Everyone is born with a temper, some can be very agressive and some mild. I think behaviours is genetic. I know of a family whose mother is hot tempered but the father is not. Unfortunately 2 daughters out of their 5 children(3 daughters,2 sons) inherited their mum’s genes of being hot tempered and because of that, these 2 hot-tempered ladie, who are now in their 30s are still single after several failed courtships, partly due to their temper. But I think one can control ones temper with a strong will, like the advice, ‘Count to twenty, when you are very angry, 10, when you are not happy’Normally, theres always a reason why u are angry, and most of the time you think you are right and too impatient that you have to let go your steam there and then with abusive words which you will regret later when you cooled down and think over the whole matter. Why not do the latter first and plan in a cool mind how to deal with the matter that would have angered you. In that way,u can prevent the situation from running out of control through exchange of abusive language and also the stirring up each other’s anger to the extend of, throwing and destroying things around and accidentally, who knows, bloodshed may happen.
As for your wife’s temper, i think it could be due to her moods (remember, everyone, male of female, young or old have moods). Try to understand the situation and track the reasons for her agressive behaviour. It could be due to her pms(pre-menstartion syndrome), tiring house choas, if she’s a housemaker, children”s problems or maybe some health or financial problems that are worrying her. At times, it could be due to some trivial matter like being unable to buy something she likes, maybe due to guessing your non-approval, or financial constraints. Catch her in good mood and ask her in a jokingly manner what is bothering her? Advise her that her temper may affect both your relationship as well as the family’s and also especially her health, as it may lead to chronic sicknesses like headaches, migraine, High Blood Pressure and so on.Never confront her while shes angry, you may worsen the situation.Sometimes going for a holiday, relax and spend some quality time with the family is healthy and good for her. You sound like a patient and reasonable husband to pose this question on air to get advice from the media. I wish you all the best and if possible get her to read this answer to your question (only when shes in good mood) and both of you may laugh about it and hopefully improve your relationship with each other.God Bless You and family.
