I really need help with my mp4.?

I cant get it to turn on. Just yeaterday it was worlking fine but now it wont. I just bought this thing it better not be a ripoff. can any one help me. Also i cant even understand the manual. its some 2gb video platnum mp4. please help me.

well i don’t know what an mp4 is but u could get a refund cuz if it is already malfunctioning it will not last very long
