But knowing the kind of mentality of these people, we can not get the guarantee that they will exclusively stay in their part of this internet world. Many offenders break rules, not for their ignorance but for their unmitigated desire to be law breakers, thru and thru. Remember devils dont stay in hell. They roam anywhere they please.
