Can a Pest Control company & an HVAC company place liens on your home? I am in dispute with both… one with the cancellation date of contract, the other re warranty on a service call.

Also, do you get a notice from the Clerk of Court, or can they simply put the lien on the property without you knowing?
The amounts owed are $200 & $60. Do those amounts justify a lien? I’m in Louisiana, btw.
