If you are promoting Integrated Pest Management, push that! IPM is healthier and more effective and you could sell using that!

Place an ad in your local Yellow Pages.
I was a rep for 25 years and it’s the number one place people turn to when they have bugs, termites, bees or other pests.
They have ad sizes to fit all budgets and you can offer discounts if you want.

Well aside from those ideas, there are the regular print & media ads you can do- One thing that I’ve been exposed to not as often, though is effective in terms of reaching the people who are serious buyers is to be a vendor at an event.
Since you sell a service, it’s hard to distinguish yourself in the print ads (eg yellowpages ad, newspaper ad, radio ad, tv ad.) because they are overlooked. Though if you set up a booth at a street fair, farmer’s market or flea market type venue. They sell spots fairly inexpensive, plus you reach a huge audience looking around for various products/services. If you don’t set up an appointment that day, it’s okay because you’ve at least educated the customers that you are out there in business & offer a service that everyone eventually needs.
I’ve signed up for my cable tv this way, plus I sell cars & we set up some cars at these venues & it’s had a positive reaction. Plus there is little competition among what else is going on because your product is different from those who are trying to sell their paintings or fruit.
