First, malaria doesn’t carry mosquitoes, mosquitoes are the one who carry malaria, and not all mosquitoes are infected. And do you mean that because the transportation; we are taking this mosquitoes to another regions were that are free of them? Is that is your questions, yes, you can carry in a vehicle (bikes, airplanes, trains etc) insect that can go unnoticed, also as bacterias, fungus and seeds.

This would to me simply mean that we can transfer the mosquito from one place to the other in our luggage, Planes, ship, vehicles ctc.As we shuttle from one place to the other.

It is possible for mosquitos who are carrying malaria to be brought back in an airplane or other means of transportation. It is also possible for a human who is carrying malaria to return to their home country, be bitten by a mosquito, and be the cause of a small epidemic of malaria in their home country.
However, hospitals are prepared for such a problem and have access to those same medicines that are available in the endemic countries. They just cost a good bit more in the first world.
Experience; some volunteers who return home with malaria.
