This fuck nut in Florida is why so many in this state get screwed by the legislature when they make up laws that favor insurance companies. The little shit should be in prison until he repays what he received in money. Maybe a little turd burglar will show him the right way.

Being injured, certified by every physician and specialist you are sent to, and then being denied, is every bit as painful as the original injury. And then, after you have used up any finances available to you—.
With that last one, there’s a difference between say bowling a game and being able to stop if you’re hurt too much and standing up on a concrete floor in a factory for 8-12 hours a day, but I take it he’s not in ANY pain from bowling.
WHO`s Investigating all the corruption within the Division of Workers Compensation,from the Doctors to the Judges?holding up claims and fighting claims and paying less than some claims are worth, they are doing this to real law abiding working citizens who have been injured and disabled.WAKE UP AMERICA. Through the con pensation games of denying and moving forward at a snails pace, most injured workers are forced into poverty in around 52 months. I was critically injured and denied medical treatment by workers compensation, i was sent back to work undiagnosed with multiple spinal fractures driving a semi-truck on morphine and oxycontin, muscle relaxants, and nearly had a head-on accident on the highway;

It’s been 5+ years since I suffered injury and was finally diagnosed December 2009 , I am still waiting for treatment?
@jayboy2k8 i agree. i live in england and i am very badly disabled due to a work accident 20 years ago . yet i have continued to work full time, raised 3 kids and am in the process of adopting 3 more now ours are grown up . people who do things like this make me sick . the lives of disabled people are hard enough without having to justify things to others because of what these people do . i wish you well and hope it all works out for you .
