Why is the Inspector Generals office so lax in prosecuting Postal workers compensation fraud?

Fraud
I have given documentation to the head Inspector in Chicago of a worker defrauding the system for over two years and the best they do is tell him to come back to work on light duty 4 hours a shift at $53,000 a year and he calls in sick at least 1 to 2 times a week if not more. No wonder postage is going up.
One: You know what, they had over 700 cases in year 2004 and only prosecuted 40 some, lol. Bend over and grab your ankles America.

Is your local Inspector Gereral is not doing its job, contact the next level up and copy the Postmaster General. At the same time, send a copy to the local media, alternative newspaper and talk radio station. If you want it taken care of, send it to anyone that cares.
