Is this consitered rape?

Is it consitered rape if you obtain consent for sex through fraud? Misrepresenting yourself as someone else? Lying about your job, assets, ect? Lying about your love and intention towrads the person? How about lying about if they had an STD? In all these cases, assume that the person would not have consented, had they known the truth. Thanks.

I don’t think so. Rape is a legal term and doesn’t get into lying about love and such. I think you need to chalk it up to experience.

I was but 17,when I met a 45 year old beauty on vacation.She axed me if I wanted to drop her place for a sip of wine.Of course I jumped all over it.I sipped all I could sip she was quite pleasent.She came out of the bathroom wearing nothing but a see thru nightie the last I remembered I was throwing back three blue pills.I awoke later to a woman on top of me,I was butt naked and felt taking advatage of.Believe it or not…It still haunts me,I hold it inside.

No. Being that you are aware that people have the ability to lie about EVERYTHING. You were not raped. Saying that is the same thing as saying, “I bought a car last week and this week it is on sale for $5,000 less. They stole my money.” Well you know that car dealers have sales and you could have waited. So you should wait until marriage to have sex. Waiting takes all the pain and heartache way from all the shoulda-woulda-coulda’s or in this case the shouldnta-wouldnta-couldnta’s.

No this would not be considered rape , but if the person had an STD and was aware of it and willing slept with you without protection then you need to check the laws in your state , he could be charged with willing and knowingly putting you at risk and compromising your health.
