is it fraud to put ulility bills in your own kids names that are minors?

It’s fraud and identity theft. It can easily ruin the kids credit which will make it difficult for them to go to college, get a job, etc.

yes, i knew somebody who did this to get a car…and that car got repossesed…i ofter wonder if that kid’s credit will be ruined…
