if a girl tells you that she can’t get pregnant , and she told you that a doctor told her so , but gets pregnant ,
can this be classed as fraud.
After getting pregnant you find out she was lying.

No. Doctor’s make mistakes. Could be that the doctor read the test results wrong. It’s like a guy saying he’s sterile, but miraculously getting a chick knocked up anyway.

I think it would be, but something like that would be really hard to prove.
you would have to have a witness to her saying it, or have it on tape.
if a chick did this to you, and she is trying to get you to pay child support, I would fight it. seriously. especially if you have proof of her saying she couldn’t get pregnant.
if a doctor really did say that, sue the doctor and make him/her pay child support!

Sometimes its possible to get pregnant even if a doctor has told her that she can’t. But if she was seriously lying all along and a doctor never told her that then yes it could be classified as fraud but I really think you have no legal recourse here. If you simply don’t want to be a Dad then you can sign away your legal rights to the child and she can not sue you for child support so you are off the hook. I am not suggesting you do that just only if you don’t want to be a parent. It isnt fair what she did to you so don’t feel forced to become a Dad if you aren’t ready. She lied it isnt your fault although you should have been using condoms or something to prevent the slightest chance of a pregnancy.Good luck! And maybe you should just sit down with an attorney and see what can be done. Alot of them offer free consultations.and geez what the hell was the post above about?obviously you aren’t in need of witty contraceptive sayings.Especially not ones that long!

This happens a lot more often than you think my friend. I have an 11 year old son due to the same circumstances. Don’t believe her. AND AND if she says she is on the pill make sure she is taking it (mine wanted to get preg so she was throwing them away). FINALLY…if you find you can’t trust her with the responsibilty of birth control…hate to say it, but you are gonna have to take it upon yourself. Where a condom, get clipped, whatever it takes. If that doesn’t work….turn around and run as fast as you can…get away from her. Good Luck!
