Mesprit and Cresselia help?

ok i can see mesprit and cersselia on my little map ting on poketch but they move everytime i fly to the area they’re at. is there some way i can trap them in one place somehow so they wont poof away somewhere else b4 i can get to the area theyre in?

dont fly walk to them it works sometimes they move just follow by walking its about the only way its kinda like latias and latios if you view it they move its kinda the same about flying in this game

You can fly to one area where it can come, then walk back and forth into two different places, ex; Jubilife and Route 203, and everytime you go into a new place they Pokemon moves. So until they come, just keep doing this.
