i have meet a women in russia and i am going to fly her to the united states i was woundering who i need to consult with so i get all of her paper work correct thank you

She will need to have a Russian passport and then apply for a visa to visit the United States. I have put the link for the Embassy of the United States in Moscow below. You may look at that page for info…. to learn how she may apply for a visa.

it’s not that easy to bring a single girl to the US (lots of problems with getting a US visa). Go to the US Embassy site to find out all the requirements to apply for her visa. If that’s just a tourist visa – hard to get and it lets her stay in the States from 3 to 6 months only. If you want to marry her – you’d have to go back home and apply for her K-1 (fiancee) visa. It will take up to 10 months to do all the paperwork and then you’ll have 90 days only to get married.
