I heard by doing this, it can increase you balance and body control is that true? I heard by doing this, it requires a good coordination and concentration that helps you to spar better. There’s also a move that are closely related to this such as flying kick. I only heard this pls correct me tnx

The closest thing you can come to for what you want is Tai Kwon Do

hapkido or taekwondo in korea teach them.. they are called “nab-bob” .. and as far as i know schools in korea teach their students these techniques as part of physical education.
nab-bob comprises of falling techniques and various flips
(im sorry i cant give actual spelling in hanguel but that how the koreans pronounce it)
as ive said its taught in KOREA(SOUTH) not sure about other countries though

If you’re interested in that then join WTF style Tae Kwon Do. It’s a Martial Sport more than a Martial Art and it’s often included in the curriculum.

Some martial arts will, but truly….it’s better to learn from a qualified acrobatics or gymnastics instructor than your run-of-the-mill martial arts instructor.
I’ve learned how to use movements like this to further effectiveness through the ukemi and tobijutsu teachings within Togakure ryu (taught within the Bujinkan)…..but I already knew how to do flips since I was quite young.
The style didn’t teach me brand new, but it taught me how to use those childhood learned talents, and use them actively.
Now, don’t get me wrong….we have taught new guys how to flip with aided assistance until their body learned the physics of it all.
Does it help with grounded combat? Maybe. Does it help with perception of aerial movement and knowledge of what to do to escape out of joint locks, throws, and breakfalls? Yes.
