Should I use crickets or worms?

I want to go fishing this afternoon on a creek bank. I have my pole, tackle, mosquito repellent, six pack of wine coolers and stool, but, I can’t decide which live bait to use. Fishing anyone?

I love fishing with crickets, but if there are Japanese beetles in any of your plants give those a try for free.
They’ll slay the bluegill, bass or catfish.

Depends on what kind of fish you want to catch. Crickets usually do better for brim like bluegills and sunfish, minnows for others.

I sure hope you also bring an umbrella, it is pouring here today.
I think for your area, that worms will give you the best results. The catfish should be biting today with the weather change happening. Good luck.
