my cat has fleas, i have treated him nearly every way possible and they come back within hours.?

i have used the flea shampoo plus frontline drops plus the flea collar and bombed the house, all at the same time after trying them one at a time. ive washed nearly every fabric in the house EVERYTHING and they keep coming back… what can i do?

Fleas don’t just make cats uncomfortable, they can also cause skin allergies and tapeworm infestations (when cats ingest fleas through grooming). Cats who stay indoors are less likely to get fleas, but they can still catch them from you if you accidentally bring fleas inside on your pants or shoes. Monthly treatments with flea killers aren’t necessary unless you see fleas on your cat, nor are baths with hazardous insecticidal shampoos (since soap and water alone kill fleas). A nontoxic alternative to flea poisons is to use a flea comb, which catches the fleas in its fine teeth, and then dunk the fleas into a container of soapy water or put them in a container in the freezer.
From collars to sprays to topical solutions, Americans spend half a billion dollars on flea control products every year and unwittingly poison themselves and their animal companions. There are safer, more environmentally friendly ways to protect your furry friends and yourself from these pesky insects.

well you should never use multiple things at once it can harm the animal. With Advantage and Frontline drops it takes 24 hours for most fleas to die. I have lots of animals and advantage works so well that I don’t even use it every month. I just wait until I see fleas again (usually 3 months) and reapply.There are also shots you can get from the vet.

The flea life cycle is they hatch every 10 days, so don’t retreat for ten days.
