I’m having a lot of problems with 2-3 stray cats coming up to my house. I’ve never ever fed them and get really tired of chasing them off. They’re also bringing fleas into my front yard and my dog has picked some of them up. The fleas are extremely hard to control and get rid of, even when I have my dog on Frontline.

My question is… is there anyway I can get rid of them. The vet in town won’t pick them up and I don’t want to take them in. Is there a type of plant I can buy that they are not attracted to? I would also like to do some yard work on the house and not have to worry about cats tearing my plants and other things up. I want to use a humane way, meaning not shooting them; I would never ever hurt them, I just don’t want them in my yard.
