Bug repellent for 2 month old?

Just wondering if there is anything I can put on her, a certain type of scented lotion maybe, that will repel mosquitoes and other insects? We are going to my parents land tomorrow for a 4th of July BBQ. We’ll be out of the sun but still out doors and I really want to keep her safe from mosquito bites and chiggers but I’m not sure if she can use anything since she’s so young.
Any advice would be great!

I would get an OFF clip-on bug repellant and put it near her, on the stroller, on whomever is holding her – here is a link:

We have also used California Baby Bug Repellant (I have seen it at Target) – it is chemical free, pretty much natural oils as bug repellant. But I would still put it on her clothes or around her and not on her skin at 2 months old:

Have fun!

There are nettings you can put over her stroller (or a blanket) I would also recommend Avon’s Skin So Soft Bath Oil. (It’s kind like baby oil). Its meant to put in your bath to make your skin soft, but for some reason it keeps mosquitos and no-see-ums away…my family members who were in the Navy swear by this stuff and I use it all the time on my 3 kids. Doesn’t smell chemically at all. Find someone who sells Avon..the stuff sells like hot cakes so hopefully they have some in stock. My local hardware store (ACE) also sells it.
Have a good BBQ~

Use Gold Bond lotion in the GREEN bottle. I used it all the time when my children were young. It really works but you have to reapply it often.
Some people also swear by Bounce dryer sheets rubbed all over your clothes and kept in a pocket or such.
